Cryosection of human tonsil:IL3-Ralpha clone 107D2.08 is expressed on plasmacytoid DCs

Leukocytes are a primary source of cytokines and cytokines functions are mediated by binding specific receptors.
Dendritic cells produce cytokines and are susceptible to cytokine-mediated activation. They rely on network of soluble cytokines to communicate with a variety of cell types.Plasmacytoid dendritic cells express IL3-R alpha (IL3-receptor alpha).
DENDRITICS offers a range of monoclonal antibodies for studying cytokines and cytokines receptors in their function of regulation cell activation, cell proliferation, cell migration.(Blanco P. et al.2008,Cytokine Growth Factor Rev., 19, 41-)
