DENDRITICS offers murine or rat monoclonal antibodies for human dendritic cells studies.

Monoclonal antibodies are:

  • Grouped in different families following dendritic cells function or phenotype specificity to answer different question in dendritic cell biology (see Scientific review on dendritic cell by Sem Saeland)
  • Produced in two-compartment bioreactors (high-density cell line) and not with mouse ascite
  • Purified by Hyper-D Ion-exchange chromatography

Each antibody product is delivered with specific product technical sheet which provides essential product inormation.

Dendritic Cell  subtypes

dendritic cells heterogeneity

C-type Lectin Receptors (CLRs)

a major class of PRRs broadly represented on dendritic cells

 Toll-Like Receptors (TLRs)

human conventional DCs and plasmacytoid DCs express different TLRs

Dendritic Cell migration

ability to migrate is a central feature of DCs

 Cytokines & receptors

dendritic cells orchestrate the nature and intensity of the immune response

Antigen presentation

dendritic cells process antigens into peptides in a proteasome

DC environment

carboxypeptidase M, Basophils, human endothelial cell homolog

Follicular dendritic cells

a cell-type ontogenetically distinct from all others DCs
